About this Job
TE Connectivity is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Support!
- Perform the end-to-end administrative support for the recruitment processes, including candidate invitations, travel coordination, and application management in our Applicant Tracking System (SuccessFactors).
- Ensure that both, candidates and hiring managers, have all the necessary information at hand and feel comfortable within their respective roles.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality for the processes and for the setup and hosting of our Talent Acquisition knowledge library on SharePoint and be the central part of the recruiting process.
- Manage Talent Acquisition Data Management on ATS and ensure information and systems are captured on a timely and accurate basis at all times.
- Maintain a talent acquisition database with accurate details on candidates, vacancies, etc.
- Ensure proper communication about talent acquisition with involved stakeholders on candidate management.
- Complete HR and business data for the talent acquisition process.
- Work cooperatively with all members of the team to support their TA admin needs.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of work experience in the administrative support field, and you are fluent in English, written & verbal, and ideally one of the additional languages: French.
- Should hold a university degree.
- Sense for people and a strong service orientation.
- Multi-cultural experience through international work is an added advantage.
- Your communication skills are excellent since you will partner with Executive Hiring Managers.
- Passion and mindset to work in an international, industrial-oriented environment. You are a creative problem solver and a great team player.
- You are flexible and have an eye for detail and at the same time a strong business acumen with excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- You are motivated and eager to take the initiative to work independently as well as in a team.
- You are fit in MS Office applications (esp. Outlook), calendar management, and experience with an Applicant Tracking System.
- Previous experience in administrative tasks related to talent acquisition will be an asset.
- Ability to multitask and proactively identify and overcome challenges.
