Vyapar is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist (Non-IT)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and build a strong talent pipeline to achieve hiring targets.
  • Focus on sales and support hiring, specifically inside sales, field sales, and customer support functions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Plan and coordinate interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Take ownership of recruitment targets and timelines, ensuring all roles are filled effectively and efficiently.
  • Work independently as a high-impact individual contributor while managing recruitment requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in non-technical recruitment, preferably for sales support staff and marketing executives.
  • Experience in bulk recruitment, especially for field sales, inside sales, and customer support roles.
  • A deep understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
  • Ability to execute various interview techniques and evaluation methods suited to the specific roles.
  • Familiarity with social media, databases, resumes, and professional networking tools for sourcing candidates.
  • Strong ownership and pride in the performance, with a focus on the impact on the company's success.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • A full-time Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
  • Prior experience in BPO recruitment is an advantage.
  • Ability to work from the office.
