Talent Acquisition Specialist – Automotive Industry Job in Gurgaon at AVL India Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end Talent Acquisition for automotive industry roles 
• Strong stakeholder management, including coordination with AVP/VP/COO/CEO-level leadership 
• Drive campus hiring initiatives and build strong campus relationships 
• Maintain and manage recruitment dashboards and hiring metrics 
• Work closely with recruitment vendors and manage external hiring partners 
• Collaborate with global teams, especially in Austria and Germany, for hiring alignment and communication 

Requirements: 

• Must have relevant Talent Acquisition experience in the automotive industry 
• Well-versed in engineering hiring, technical center hiring, and software hiring 
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders with professionalism 
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written) 
• Strong analytical and reporting skills 
• Experience in international coordination is a plus 
• Preferred male candidates
• Candidate from corporate only not from consulting background
