Talent Acquisition Specialist Job in Ahmedabad at Bosch Global Software Technologies

BOSCH is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Develop and release job postings on a platform, such as social media and job boards
• Ensure accountability towards Vendor management/Channel Mix as per assigned KPIs/target
• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospects for new business
• Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
• Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships
• Follow up on the interview process status and update records in the internal database

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment domain - Automotive / Manufacturing / Engineering
• Significant recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm is strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and Internet search
• Any Engineering or MBA or Equivalent DegreeExperience
