MaxVal Group Inc. is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Utilize LinkedIn and other job portals to actively source and attract qualified candidates.
• Employ innovative sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
• Conduct thorough phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews, assessing candidates' technical competencies and behavioral attributes.
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and potential for growth within the company.
• Administer assessments or tests as required to assess candidates' suitability for specific positions.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates on their application status.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR team members to align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
• Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline status.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong focus on domestic recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and familiarity with other job portal sourcing techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must report to the office daily.
