Paytm is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition - Senior Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Collaborate with line managers in evaluating existing/future talent requirements, defining critical roles, and core competencies, and finalizing acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents.
• Be the trusted advisor that BUs can reach to understand talent availability and market intelligence.
• Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes from exceptional market research, candidate generation, interview process, and offer extension.
• Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.
• Implement a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skill.
• Influence candidates and business stakeholders through your understanding of the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Entry-level to Senior Level.

Requirements:

• Graduate or MBA in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition, holding core exposure of end-to-end recruitment.
• Must have strong Stakeholder Management.
• Have strong candidate interviewing skills and an understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
• Awareness of the latest sourcing channels and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must have done sale hiring/ bulk hiring single-handedly.
