Talent Acquisition - Recruiter Job in Gurgaon at Getwork

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and campus hiring.
• Conduct initial screening, assess candidate fit, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer roll-out.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and consultants.
• Coordinate and attend job fairs, career events, and campus drives.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular recruitment reports to management.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and ATS systems.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
