Meesho is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strategize, implement and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives
• Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
• Manage project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
• Define the TA process, identify tools, and analyze data to improve hiring metrics
• Build extra focus around data sanctity and process adherence around predefined guidelines

Requirements:

• MBA in Human Resource Management
• At least 3+ years of relevant experience working in TA COE,  HR Program Management & TA Operations
• Strong knowledge of advanced Excel and ability to analyze TA data to churn relevant actionable
• Ability to multitask, think critically, and execute tactically Proven track record of finding creative solutions to business problems
• High on ownership and fast in execution
