CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Partner and work with the Talent Acquisition team, key business stakeholders, and respective HRBPs on closing hiring requirements for both tech and nontech requirements across levels and BUs.
• Ideate, implement, and execute best-in-class initiatives for sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to attract top talent to CoinDCX.
• Follow the recruitment process to comply with the audit requirements and industry best practices.
• Follow Hiring TAT, Hiring Costs, Source Efficiency, Conversion Ratios etc.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for critical business roles.
• Drive employer branding initiatives on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Campus, etc to attract top candidates and position CoinDCX as the preferred employer.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in a fast-growing consumer tech organization
• Post Graduate/Graduate in a relevant domain.
• Preferable expertise in tech and nontech hiring domains.
• Experience in managing business stakeholders.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Must have strong screening, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Should be able to deliver effective results within timelines.
