Hero MotoCorp Limited is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Providing end-to-end recruitment support to defined business areas in accordance with manpower planning as per the annual business plan.
- On-board the most optimal talent considering quality, time, and investment.
- Maintaining real-time recruitment metrics and MIS in a structured defined format.
- Planning, communicating, and executing the recruitment process and events as per standard protocol, accountable for recruitment operations, recruitment marketing, and onboarding as per targeted hiring mandate.
- Ensuring excellent candidate experience & smooth on-boarding of new joiners.
- Collecting regular market intelligence and competitor analysis towards hiring trends in the respective area.
Requirements:
- Must be an MBA - HR
- Experience of 2 - 6 years
- Must have an experience in recruiting and overall talent acquisition process
