Uplers is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Learn how to source and identify top tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others.
- Conduct initial screenings and interact with candidates, making them feel valued and heard.
- Maintain candidate records, reports, and updates in ATS and Excel with accuracy.
- Gain hands-on exposure to Boolean search, sourcing strategies, and hiring processes.
- Assist in coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates (any specialization, HR/Marketing/Sales preferred).
- Internship or college project exposure in recruitment, HR, or business development is a bonus.
- Passion for hiring, people, and building careers
