About the Opportunity:

• Cult.fit is looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead bulk hiring initiatives in Hyderabad. This role requires hands-on experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly for frontline roles such as trainers, center managers, and support staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding a large number of candidates efficiently while ensuring a high-quality talent pipeline to meet rapid expansion goals. Strong stakeholder management, recruitment strategy execution, and a deep understanding of the local talent market are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles including center staff, and support teams etc.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, campus drives, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate and conduct walk-in drives, hiring events, and job fairs across Hyderabad.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
• Collaborate closely with center managers and business leaders to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates.
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular reports to the TA Lead and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience and represent the Cult.fit brand positively in all hiring interactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring, preferably in retail, fitness, hospitality, or similar industries
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Fluency in English and local languages (e.g., Telugu) is preferred
