Go Desi is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Leverage various sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, referrals, etc., to identify and attract top talent.
• Own and drive end-to-end recruitment for key non-tech roles across Sales, Marketing, Design, Operations, and more.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process smoothly and efficiently.
• Handle post-hiring operational tasks, including documentation, onboarding coordination, and internal HR processes.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and ensure all communication is timely and professional.
• Stay curious to learn about different functions within the organization to better align hiring with team needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador to ensure a strong candidate experience and employer brand presence.

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced startup or FMCG environment.
• Proven experience in non-tech hiring, including Sales, Marketing, Creatives, etc.
• Skilled in sourcing with a creative approach to finding talent and familiarity with various hiring platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
• Self-driven, curious, and open to learning across teams and departments.
• Passionate about recruitment and energized by people and purpose.
