Volopay is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Lead the full recruitment life cycle, including strategy development, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and finalizing offers.
  • Utilize platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, Internshala, Indeed, JobStreet, and others to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to introduce candidates to Volopay, assess their fit for current and future roles, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and meet hiring goals.
  • Review and evaluate resumes and applications to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling, gathering feedback, and facilitating offer negotiations.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements in recruitment strategies, tools, and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a global or multi-location context
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
