Jio is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Drive recruitment by effective source mix, within defined budget, SLA and quality parameters in the allocated geography
• Build talent pool by developing alternate sourcing channels like College Campus, Government Skill Development Agencies, Employment Exchanges etc.
• Manage all recruitment related compliances including Background Verification, Negotiation Audit responses
• Work on the specific project requirements as per the given timeline
• Regular analysis of recruitment dashboards & analytics to ensure completion within SLA
• Drive recruitment of identified Critical positions on priority at Respective Area
• Manage Geography stakeholders to ensure timely closure of requirements in their respective verticals
• Ensure proper engagement of candidates during pre-onboarding phase, for better employee experience.

Requirements:

• Master`s Degree / Diploma in Human Resources
• 2 to 3 Years pf experience is required
