Flutter is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives and growth plans.
• Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, for technical positions.
• Build and maintain a network of talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions and proactively identify new sourcing channels to attract top talent.
• Provide guidance and coaching to hiring managers on best practices for candidate assessment and selection.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular updates to hiring managers and executives on the status of open positions and the overall recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and data to continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure the efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, including experience with engineering and data hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully managing stakeholder relationships and driving effective collaboration with hiring managers and executives.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
• Passion for gaming and a strong interest in the skill-based gaming industry.
