Ketto is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Screening potential employee's resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
- Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidate
- Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms
- Assisting in the planning of company events
- Coordinating new hire orientations
- Sourcing potential candidates on a large scale and help reduce the time to hire (TAT), optimize the hiring cost, and deliver the best talent at Ketto
Requirements:
- Graduate with 1-4 years of experience in bulk hiring for BPO
- Availability to work from office for 6 days in a week
