Zelis is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews in both the US and India with a customer-centric approach.
• Collaborate with candidates and interviewers to coordinate interviews that suit preferences and ensure a smooth experience.
• Use scheduling tools (Workday + Outlook) to manage interview logistics efficiently and prevent conflicts.
• Handle logistics including room reservations (if applicable), virtual invites, interview materials, and candidate pre-work/testing links.
• Promptly communicate interview details (date, time, location, participants) to all involved.
• Coordinate and collect candidate feedback post-interviews, compiling assessments to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (Workday) with accurate candidate data and status.
• Assist with employer branding activities such as job postings and social media recruitment.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including post-offer engagement.
• Develop and suggest ideas for post-offer connects with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and uphold data confidentiality standards.
• Build strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and internal teams to meet hiring goals while ensuring candidate satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing timely updates and keeping everyone aligned.
• Provide backup support for US-based Talent Acquisition Coordinators to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a recruiting coordination or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Proficiency in scheduling and applicant tracking tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Workday preferred).
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in managing interview logistics.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Shift timings: 2 PM to 11 PM (India time).
• Expected to work from the Zelis-India office regularly (5 days a week).
• Willingness to work beyond normal hours to coordinate with teams outside India.
