Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job in Hyderabad at New Relic

New Relic is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with hiring managers and recruiters to schedule phone, and video interviews
• Correspond with candidates virtually, by email, and over the phone to answer their questions and help them move through the interview process with proactive communication
• Host candidates during virtual interviews, giving them a window into our outstanding work environment as you lead them through schedules you've organized
• Collaborate with the larger PeopleOps team on projects to improve candidate experience
• Support recruitment events, meet-ups, and other talent branding and event needs

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in the Recruiting space
• Ability to excel in both reciprocal and independent work settings
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize appropriate tact
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in a customer-facing or HR role
• Prior scheduling & calendar management experience
• Excellent prioritization and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Mac OS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Google Suite
