Align Technology is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator!\

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to team projects
• Collaborate with TA Partners for an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience
• Maintain accurate, updated, and compliant information in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Route and monitor req and offer approval process and create offer letters
• Schedule, monitor, and communicate pre-employment background checks        
• Closeout job requisitions after positions are filled
• Submit purchase requisitions for recruiting-related costs
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
• 2-4 years experience in an administrative support capacity (staffing/recruiting preferred)
• Preference given to those with previous Talent Coordinator experience, but not required
• Excellent administrative, organizational, scheduling, and people skills
• Strong communication with business leaders to go along with analytical skills and a keen eye for small details
• Organized, proactive, and multi-tasking approach to daily responsibilities
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, specifically MS Excel and PPT
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (Workday and iCIMS a plus)
• Flexibility to changing tasks, priorities, and work schedules is required
