Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job in Mumbai at Disney

Disney is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support recruiting function with processes including posting positions, scheduling a high volume of interviews, reserving internal resources (rooms, attendants), organizing candidate travel and preparing offer packets in conjunction with HR.
• Maintain applicant tracking system and various sourcing reports (updating candidate information, logging interviews, and the hiring team’s feedback).
• Update and prepare weekly reports for distribution to multiple ILM departments and locations 
• Foster positive working relationships with all departments across internal/external clients, including hiring managers, new hires, and candidates. 
• Conduct employment referencing and backgrounds checks.
• Gathers candidate’s authorizations, submits the request to outsourced provider, monitors progress and follows up. Manages non-disclosure agreements. 
• Support special recruitment events (expos, job fairs, conferences) globally.

Requirements:

• Communicates professionally, tactfully, and with the utmost diplomacy always whether in writing or verbally, treating all candidates with dignity and respect 
• Maintains confidentiality at all times 
• Ability to multi-task and make quick, smart decisions on how to prioritize competing needs 
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute to a high-paced, changing work environment 
• High level of initiative and engagement 
• Self-motivated problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to our reputation and success 
• Proven project management skillset 
• Two years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Talent Acquisition 
• Understanding of and demonstrated experience in Workday 
• Technologically savvy, with a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, GSuite (understanding of Google Sheets preferred) and ability to work in the Cloud 
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience 
• 2+ years of professional experience
