Mace Group is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Business Partner!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Working with the Asia Pacific talent acquisition leader to develop the business partnering capabilities of the Mace India TA function, through the development of key relationships with all senior stakeholders, contributing to the business planning and advising on the growth agenda.
• Headhunting and hiring local and expatriate, business-critical project, program, and construction management candidates, cost consultancy, engineering supervision, or PMO candidates across the infrastructure and property markets.
• Developing, communicating, and monitoring talent pooling and recruitment strategies in line with the India growth plans for new and existing sectors, including infrastructure, transportation, and property construction projects or programs. 
• Developing a robust local supply chain, taking a strategic and commercial approach to the utilization of high-performing recruitment agencies, where necessary to support specialist requirements or workload peaks.
• Leading workforce planning in the India business unit, representing TA on any technology or process enhancements across the region, and contributing to our continuous improvement efforts at a local, regional, and global level.
• Partnering and aligning with senior HR and other enabling functions to ensure TA is driving group priorities forward in a cohesive way, playing a key role in business improvement programs that are driven by TA or the wider enabling functions.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree or equivalent standard of education.
• Have strong Talent Acquisition (TA) experience in the senior or strategic hires arena.
• Experience in delivering a TA or recruitment business partner role.
• Familiarity with a matrix, complex structured organization.
• Preferred experience in the construction, property, or engineering market and sector.
