Paytm is hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition Associate (Non-Technology)!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Collaborate with line managers to evaluate existing/future talent requirements, define critical roles, and core competencies, and finalize acquisition plans for sourcing potential talents.
• Optimize end-to-end recruitment processes from exceptional market research, candidate generation, interview process, and offer extension.
• Implement a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skill
• Create and present KPI reports and manage dashboards.
• Discuss and agree on the skill requirement and selection process. Develop a comprehensive sourcing strategy in partnership with your leadership or hiring managers.
• Implement a strategy that can attract top talent with the required skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in any relevant field.
• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in core Talent Acquisition, holding core exposure of end-to-end recruitment.
• Must have strong Stakeholder Management.
• Good with Reports and creating Dashboards.
• Should have a clear understanding of the various TA Metrics, Processes, and Compliance.
• Awareness of the latest sourcing channels and techniques.
• Have strong candidate interviewing skills and understanding of recruitment processes and systems.
• Able to solve challenging hiring situations through market data & intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
