Role Overview:
We are seeking a poised and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide seamless support to our Talent Acquisition team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of the entire recruitment lifecycle, from crafting job descriptions to facilitating successful candidate onboarding. The ideal candidate will bring a dynamic approach, impeccable organizational skills, and an innate ability to manage multiple priorities with grace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Job Description Management: Collaborate with the team to draft, refine, and post job descriptions across appropriate platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Application Tracking: Diligently manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate tracking of candidates throughout the recruitment process, while maintaining timely and professional communication with all applicants.
- Candidate Correspondence: Act as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries, delivering clear, thoughtful, and prompt responses at every stage of their journey.
- Interview Coordination: Expertly manage interview scheduling and coordination, ensuring both candidates and interviewers are well-prepared and informed.
- End-to-End Talent Funnel Management: Support the Talent Acquisition team through all recruitment phases, ensuring smooth transitions from application to final offer, while maintaining a high standard of excellence.
- Closure Assistance: Partner with the team to ensure clear and professional communication during the final stages of the recruitment process, assisting with offer delivery and preparation for onboarding.
- Social Media Engagement: Leverage social media platforms to promote job opportunities and engage with prospective candidates, enhancing the visibility of our employer brand.
- Data and Metrics Management: Maintain comprehensive recruitment data, ensuring accuracy in tracking and reporting, and providing insights to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
- Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline recruitment workflows, contributing to a refined and effective talent acquisition strategy
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment administration.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Highly organized with an innate attention to detail, able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with ease.
- Proactive, energetic, and self-motivated, with a proven ability to think critically and solve problems independently.

Compensation:
- CTC: 12 lakhs per annum (10 lakhs monthly salary + 2 lakhs annual confirmed bonus)
