Talent Acquisition Internship in Gurugram at Wayspire

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
• Determining selection criteria.
• Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks.)
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
• Compile lists of most-suitable candidates by assessing their CVs, portfolios, and references

Skills & Qualifications:

• Any Graduation/Post Graduation - minimum 60%
• Strong communication skills
• Critical and out-of-the-box thinking
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Others:

• Working Days : 6 days' working(Saturday and Sunday is mandatory working)
• Probation Period : 4-6 Months

PACKAGE:

• During Probation Period(per month): INR 15,000 - 20,000
• Post Probation: 2.5 LPA to 3.5 LPA (Based on performance)
