Eli Lilly & Company is hiring for the role of Tag Implementation Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage the processes for capturing, storage, usage, and tracking of online activity from websites and mobile apps.
• Define and implement tagging strategies using Tealium.
• Provide guidance to develop a tagging framework and provide QA support.
• Develop and modify JavaScript code and Analytics plugins to execute web analytics strategies.
• Assist partner/client in implementing data layer on their digital properties.
• Maintenance of tags, segments, reports, and marketing channels.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR) when handling customer data.

Requirements:

• Experience working with tagging technologies (Tealium) is required.
• Proven experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Data Management Platforms (DMP) or CRM tools is preferred.
• Experience working on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Server-side tagging experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with web analytics methodologies - experimentation and testing, A-B and Multivariate testing, Landing pages, Search Engines.
• Prior experience in web analytics and reporting would be preferred.
