TADS Governance Data Analyst Job in Pune at Barclays

Barclays is hiring for the role of TADS Governance Data Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work with Markets Pre-Trade application teams and CISO/CSO to track and monitor the progress of the projects against commitment
• Set up governance process for control projects, including data analysis and reporting, project technical and process documentation, weekly progress reporting and technical support to application teams
• Own and manage projects to meet risk and control requirements to agreed acceptance criteria and timeframes
• Ensure accurate and timely status, risk and issue reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure evidence is provided to meet audit guidelines
• Embed a control mindset within the technology teams you work with
• Guide IT teams to help them avoid risk and control issues arising, especially with new applications
• Support and assist in the development of tools, processes and programs
• Contribute to and present updates at the regular Management and Controls Forums

Requirements:

• Good academic track record with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong communication and relationship skills and strong stakeholder management
• Proven ability to influence and work across multiple teams and regions to deliver solutions to problems
• Driven to apply order and process, yet flexible to adapt for continuous improvement
• Some experience as a technical project manager preferably in Cyber Security projects or Infrastructure upgrades
• Technical infrastructure, application architecture and security protocols background
• Naturally curious and attracted to complicated problems
• Experience with Excel or Tableau
