Franklin Templeton is hiring for the role of TA Service Representative!

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Initial processing of investor applications at the branch, liaising with the back office, and generating reports at the branch.
• Generating account statements and cross-checking the same.
• Handling calls pertaining to clarifications of processed transactions.
• Dispatching redemption, compensation payments or rejection letters, and other correspondence to investors and commission payments to distributors within the prescribed timelines.
• Tallying of the time-stamping log book.
• Attending department meetings.
• Project work, personal development, and performance review.

Requirements:

Education And Experience:

• Graduate, preferably in the commerce/accounting/finance background, proficient in English and numerate
• PC knowledge including use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word skills.
• Administrative and time management skills
• Ability to interact with team members
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Model good work habits and appropriate use of procedures and controls
• Previous branch/transactions processing experience
• Knowledge of Indian mutual funds and regulations involved therein
