Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions to support business objectives.
• Oversee the integration of Temenos Analytics with existing systems to optimize performance.
• Provide technical expertise in Temenos DataEvent DES and Outbox to ensure seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Temenos Data Hub solutions.
• Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture and design processes.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and methodologies.

Requirements:

• Possess strong technical skills in Data & Analytics Business and Temenos Analytics.
• Demonstrate expertise in Temenos DataEvent DES Outbox and Data Hub.
• Have a solid understanding of T24 Core Technical aspects.
• Experience in retail banking domain is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
