Alight is hiring for the role of T2 - Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand and contribute positively to meeting client SLAs, and PGs.
• Maintain internal & client-defined quality scores.
• Prioritize work continually and produce a significant volume of work efficiently within performance standards.
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-ups and follow SOPs
• Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner to make an informed decision.
• Help in identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions and execute.
• Work with leads to ensure delivery in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Take complete ownership of self-learning & development
• Work in a fast-paced environment with short deadlines.
• Practice logical reasoning and critical thinking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, B.A, BBA (No Full-time MBA/MCA/B Tech/BE/B Ed).
• 2-4 years of work experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work evening/night shifts as per business requirements.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel).
• Good analytical skills & attention to detail.
