Deloitte is hiring for the role of T&T - Customer - CS&D - Telco Specialist - Senior Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

  • Understand client business objectives and strategic intent
  • Deploy solutions, frameworks, and methodologies relevant to the project's needs
  • Leverage analytical frameworks/ tools to identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex business problems as per project requirements
  • Gather and collate data, relevant to the project, from the client stakeholders
  • Develop solutions and corresponding collaterals (presentations, and reports), including but not limited to Market opportunity assessment – For a new product launch/ expansion in new markets, identify target segment and geography, conduct primary and secondary research to map industry trends, evaluate target geography using macro-economic indicators, develop an outlook on the industry for customer behavior, competition analysis, and technology advancements.
  • Identify overall target addressable market size (TAM) and related risks for market entry and enable the client to make an informed decision Capability-driven strategy roadmap
  • Understand and evaluate existing capabilities (products, distribution, marketing, technology, etc.), map industry best practices, conduct gap assessment, identify strategic ways to win and ensure end-to-end implementation
  • Play the role of a project manager, leading clients and stakeholders through transformative activities around
  • Lead execution of engagements about customer value management and customer experience, encompassing the following to add value to clients
  • Product rationalization and Offer design
  • Communication strategy and campaign management
  • Generating marketing insights
  • Reporting and monitoring
  • Improving customer experience capabilities across channels
  • Service delivery and contact center
  • Customer journey and omnichannel management
  • Ensure that the quality of deliverables is as per expectations; liaise with subject matter experts across the Deloitte network to ensure the same
  • Co-ordinate with client and internal stakeholders, to ensure that required delivery timelines are met
  • Develop playbooks, leveraging the client deliverables to facilitate knowledge transfer across the Deloitte network

Requirements:

  • Outstanding academic background with a bachelor's degree (B.E, B.Tech); MBA or an equivalent post-graduate degree, preferably from Tier 1/ 2 Business schools, would be a plus.)
