Zeta Global is hiring for the role of T&E Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end Travel & Expense (T&E) process, including reporting, reimbursements, and audits.
  • Conduct regular audits of expense reports to ensure policy compliance and detect misuse.
  • Generate detailed T&E reports and deliver insights to Finance leadership.
  • Analyze T&E trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend optimizations.
  • Maintain and update T&E policies in line with regulatory, industry, or internal changes.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and support integration of new T&E tools.
  • Collaborate with internal/external auditors and ensure documentation availability during audits.
  • Handle escalated T&E issues and disputes with prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in T&E tools (e.g., SAP Concur, Navan).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Good understanding of regulatory requirements and T&E best practices.
