Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Focus on and complete work promptly.
• Understand the basic features of the system.
• Collect basic information (e.g., logs, requirements) and identify common errors related to systems testing.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks.
• Conduct log analyses to identify where issues have occurred.
• Gather, integrate, and interpret information from various sources to troubleshoot problems.
• Assist in verifying that proposed solutions accurately address identified issues.
• Detect bugs in the system and resolve them using basic debugging approaches.
• Adapt to minor changes and setbacks to meet deadlines.
• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables under close supervision.
• Communicate feedback on feature issues to software and systems teams.
• Discuss testing problems regularly with managers and peers to maintain open communication.
• Conduct basic field or lab tests as directed by technical leads.
• Make simple decisions on feature issues related to systems testing and consult tech leads when requirements are unclear.
• Communicate with tech leads to verify accuracy and adequate run-time of projects.
• Seek team opinions on different approaches to problem-solving.
• Write functional tests for features to ensure proper functionality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work under close supervision.
• Responsibility for personal work with limited impact; mistakes may impact timelines, requiring additional time to correct.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey routine information.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and perform tasks with multiple steps, occasionally requiring rework.
• Some creativity to troubleshoot technical problems or handle new circumstances.
• Competency in deductive problem-solving to address moderately complex issues, occasionally involving data analysis.
