Körber Supply Chain Solutions is hiring for the role of Systems Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Manage and oversee all systems, applications, and security configurations, including server infrastructure, email systems, and active directory, following established procedures.
• Collaborate with Senior Engineers to act as the lead engineer for M365 voice, conferencing, and ACD solutions, ensuring end-to-end system operation.
• Act as internal consultant for telecom vendors, addressing voice communication needs.
• Implement hardware and software changes related to server and voice infrastructure.
• Develop and initiate new procedures, practices and system enhancements to improve service, monitoring system performance and directing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Systems team to cross-train in various technology areas for providing backup support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• IT, MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• Technical skills                                                                                                   
• Verbal and written communication, english is necessary
• Multitasking skills
