Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Handle and resolve data and application issues, provide updates, and perform root cause analysis.
• Plan, execute, and implement application and configuration change procedures.
• Supervise alerts related to application and system procedures and proactively provide services.
• Collaborate across teams to resolve complex application and system issues.
• Install and prepare tools for application functionality.
• Manage production systems, recommend performance optimization strategies, and prepare problem reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company.
• Proven ability to independently own, address, and resolve data and application issues, providing updates and performing root cause analysis.
• Strong knowledge of application support process/service management knowledge, including incident management, problem management, defect tracking, change management, reports, and SLAs.
• Experience in planning, executing, and implementing applications and configuration change procedures.
• Ability to supervise all alerts related to application and system procedures and provide services proactively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
