Harman International is hiring for the role of System Test Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Capture and diagnose issues in the TM500/E500 product and communicate them directly to the development team by providing accurate and analytic technical reports.
• Produce Test Plan for new feature of discussions with Architects and studying 3GPP specs.
• Provide customer/FAE training for Wireless BU products and technologies.
• Provide high-level technical support to customers relating to the 3GPP-defined protocol behavior and operation of the TM500/E500 product.
• Resolve problems encountered in the product.
• Work across different teams and with customers to solve problems.

Requirements:

• A graduation degree in engineering or equivalent is required.
• Possess a good understanding of mobile telecoms for NR (5G) & LTE (4G).
• Proven experience in protocol feature analysis.
• Analysis captured data against expected outcomes.
• Previous experience in writing test Scripting (Python) test plans, as well as execution, is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to solve various issues using a variety of methods and techniques
• Proven ability to work with very little input
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong productive relationships
• Proven communication skills, both verbal and written
• The ability to work within multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
