Responsibilities of the Candidates:

• Innovaccer is looking for a System Engineer, Enterprise - IT to help in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting our rapidly expanding information technology team.
• The Systems Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that computing systems and equipment are operating effectively and efficiently.
• Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of industry best practices and evidence of a professional track record of effective management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
• Manage day-to-day user complaints/issues.
• Monitor the systems and network infrastructure.
• Install and assign new systems/laptops.
• Manage asset management.
• Security patch management/monitoring on Windows/MacBook/Linux systems.
• Software license management.

Requirements:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux (Ubuntu) Desktop.
• Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• End-user support.
