Wipro is hiring for the role of System Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Designs and improves standard Document Control processes in Capital Projects.
• Defines or contributes to the development of functional requirements for document standard control applications.
• Defines or contributes to the development of standard Performance Metrics to track and manage information maturity, and document control team performance.
• Develops and implements Project-specific Document control procedures.
• Coordinates the development of the Master Deliverable Register & Document Distribution Matrix, working together with the engineering disciplines.

Requirements:

• The timely, accurate, and efficient transmittal of project documents to and from the Company and Supplier via the Assai.
• Quality checks each submittal according to Project specifications.
• Together with the IT Business Analyst in the early phase facilitate development of a Solution Architecture for the Capital Project.
• Facilitate and manage the RFI Processes, Technical Queries, Letters, Spec Deviations, and Change Order
• Project to Asset information handover.
• Understand the DCAF & PCAP control assurance requirements.
• Manage stakeholders.
• Written and Verbal communication.
• Understanding different risks, formats, controls, and process management of physical and electronic records will be an added advantage.
• Assai Tool Experience is preferable.
