ZF is hiring for the role of System Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Ensure the right level of functional excellence within the team by building, maintaining, and securing product knowledge and Engineering capabilities
- Deployment and use of Product Engineering Process (PEP) and all applicable processes
- Execute resource planning, allocation, and tracking
- Anticipate risks and execute measures to enable the team to achieve project goals
- Execute implementation of Engineering strategy
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 8 years of experience in Product Engineering in the automotive industry and Embedded System Product Development
- Experience in team building, mentoring, and competence development
- Technical Experience in ADAS Control Algorithm Development is a must
- Experience in Radar, Camera, and LIDAR development will be an added advantage
