Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and deliver technical talent in a research, technology, or product development environment.
• Manage resources to maximize workgroup productivity in alignment with business needs.
• Implement near-term business strategies with a focus on execution.
• Maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders within the technical function and across the broader business.
• Develop technically capable individuals across multiple technical sites, making them available to meet the business's technical needs.
• Provide leadership for complex systems with global business impact; assist in assembling and leading teams.
• Lead the development and improvement of work processes and systems within a global business unit or across business units.
• Coach and mentor employees, guiding problem resolution, technical knowledge, and career path planning.
• Assess performance, provide feedback, and establish employee performance standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a relevant STEM field; post-graduate (Master's) degree may be required for select roles.
• 1+ Years of prior work experience as a Technical Specialist or in Engineering Management, demonstrating success in leading projects and influencing outcomes.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Ability to cultivate innovation within the organization.
