System and Application Services Associate Job in Hyderabad at Accenture

Accenture is hiring for the role of System and Application Services Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying and solving issues within applications and infrastructure.
• Driving resolution of functional, technical, and infrastructure issues for clients.
• Guiding clients with a variety of expertise (from users to admins and developers) in overcoming technology challenges.
• Developing applications using a low-code development platform, setting up and configuring systems for each client's unique requirements. 
• Working with three key elements: form builders, pre-built templates, drag-and-drop visual interface, and entity builder. 
• Research and analyzing internal business processes with the scope of optimizing and automating them.
• Creation of test designs, test processes, test cases, and test data.
• Applying business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing. methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives. 
• Responsible for designing testing scenarios for usability testing. 
• Preparing all reports related to software testing carried out.
• Analyzing the results and then submitting the observations to the development team.

Requirements:

• Graduates from 2022 & 2023 pass outs with B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com, B.Voc, BMS, M.A with minimum language proficiency/qualification: Japanese - N1/N2/N3; German - A2, B2, B1, C1, C2; French - A2, B2, B1, C1, C2; Spanish - A2, B2, B1, C1, C2; Italian - A2, B2, B1, C1, C2; Portuguese - A2, B2, B1, C1, C2; Chinese - HSK1/HSK2/HSK3/HSK4/HSK5/HSK6; OR any Degree / Masters / Advanced diploma in the respective language.
• Candidate should not have more than 11 months of total experience.
• No active backlogs during application and/or during onboarding.
• You should have completed your relevant degree (eligible for this job role), in the stipulated duration of the degree.
