System Analyst Job in Bangalore at Koch

Koch is hiring for the role of System Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Configure and troubleshoot the Kiwi system
• Gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Work with business owners to identify opportunities for system improvements
• Understand and utilize the system's internal rules engine
• Collaborate with third-party developers and cross-functional teams
• Develop and execute functional and system integration test cases
• Maintain system documentation
• Provide support and training to users
• Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in business analysis and software development
• Strong understanding of SQL and database concepts
• Experience with ERP systems and order-to-cash processes
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365
• Ability to work on-call rotations
