Automate Buddy is hiring for the role of System Administrator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Configure AD accounts, M365 email, Teams, Outlook, SFTP, Git repository, Desktop, Laptop, virtual servers, network share and printers.
• Administrate and maintain Network devices (Router, Modem, Firewall).
• Assemble and troubleshoot of hardware (PC, Laptop, printer) and application issues.
• Perform backup and restore, and follow rollback procedures to avoid data loss and service outages.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues with internal and customer teams and ensure optimal operating of systems and services. (User systems and online systems including cloud services)
• Follow internal policies and procedures and ensure timely delivery of tasks and services for internal users and customers.
• Work from the office and provide level 1 & 2 support to internal users and customers.
• Maintain and manage inventory of IT Assets (Hardware & Software) to ensure adequate supply is reserved.
• Maintain housekeeping and preventive health checks of Desktop/Laptops, and printers.
• Recommend the latest tools and technology to support aligning with the overall goal of the organization.

Requirements:

• Analytical thinking to resolve complex issues and systematic approach for remediation
• Strong team player and ability to adapt to challenges and new technologies
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of foundational security requirements and practise
• Basic knowledge in VMWare, Active Directory, Backups and Network Monitoring
• Excellent communication and MS Office skills are desirable
• Experience in working with Windows Server 2012, IIS, AWS Servers and Linux Servers is an advantage
• A candidate who can join immediately is preferred
• Candidate from the harbour line or around CBD Belapur is preferred
• Diploma or Certificate in Hardware and Networking
• MCSE certified - preferred
• Azure Certified - Preferred
• AWS Certified - preferred
• Hardware and network diploma
• Graduate in computer science or equivalent is desired and post-graduation is welcome
