Société Générale is hiring for the role of Analyst - SWIFT Service Client Support!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Manage users' accesses on applications within the specified scope, including SNAP, OTAWA, AMS, ROCS, Cristal, Alisé, and SWING/STARS.
  • Oversee the RMA (Relationship Management Authorizations) for all Société Générale (SG) entities, particularly SWIFT interbank connections.
  • Handle and maintain SG internal directories, including FICLI (Fichier Central des Liens Informatiques).
  • Adhere to the legal agreements defined in the service level agreements with internal partners.
  • Administer Relationship Authorizations for the entire scope, excluding VIP access.
  • Promptly acknowledge and address queries/requests from customers, resolving issues within the scope of CLT (Client Technical Lead), and escalate to TECH when necessary. Ensure continuous communication with the customer throughout the resolution process.
  • Report any discrepancies to management when required.
  • Manage permanence requests from onshore, and proactively highlight concerns or alerts in advance.
  • Address all GFL (SG & SGGSC) management requests with the highest quality and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with established protocols and procedures.
  • Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders on the status of access management, RMA, and other related tasks.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in access and relationship authorization management.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in email management preferred
  • Experience in client servicing
  • Prior experience is User Management is an added advantage
  • Domain knowledge is a must
  • Candidate with French speaking/writing ability preferred
