H&M is hiring for the role of Sustainability and environment expert !

Responsibilities:

• Execute and ensure sustainability impact and outcomes at the facility level for various environmental thematic areas. This involves implementing strategies and finding opportunities for improvement. 
• Guide facilities for impactful actions by identifying appropriate training programs to enhance sustainability performance and build further capacity.
• Understand the road map and follow up on its progress at the facility level. By tracking advancements and addressing any challenges, you will ensure that our sustainability initiatives remain on course and effective.
• Achieve strong execution and ownership by fully implementing sustainability initiatives at the facility level, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
• Leverage your curiosity to explore new sustainability trends and technologies, continuously seeking innovative solutions to enhance our practices.
• Use technical expertise and effective collaboration with key stakeholders, you will strengthen improvement possibilities by regularly assessing current processes and focusing on continuous enhancement to drive significant advancements.
• Utilize your project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor sustainability projects, coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion.

Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge on Environment sustainability topics.
• Knowledge on Energy, water, chemicals and processes, Project Management (Design, Develop, Implement & Monitor).
• Background from Textile Industry preferred.
