Gallup is hiring for the role of Survey Research Project Coordinator!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Own the full coordination process for survey data collection across regions
• Proactively manage vendor performance to ensure timeliness, accuracy and compliance
• Monitor quality assurance processes, flag risks early and resolve any issues
• Collaborate across internal teams in Asia, Europe, Africa, Latin America and the U.S.
• Communicate confidently and clearly with partners from diverse backgrounds
• Support long-term documentation and tracking systems to improve future performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• At least two years of work experience in project management for survey research required, with experience with multi-country surveys a plus
• Mastery of Excel and Word required
• Proficiency in PowerPoint required
• Experience with statistical and data management software such as R preferred
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Bangalore office at least three days a week required
• Eligibility to work in India required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
