Survey Programmer Job in Mumbai at CRISIL

CRISIL is hiring for the role of Survey Programmer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Program all of the firm’s core and custom questionnaires into Confirmit
• Maintain consistency and quality between questionnaires
• Ensure that all questions are properly tagged in the firm’s CRM system
• Work with each of the firm’s business units on best practices in questionnaire design and execution
• Weekly data file pulls of new interviews to prepare data to be loaded into the firm’s database management system
• Field questionnaire-related questions and troubleshooting technical issues
• Support the Custom Research team on email campaigns and respondent list management

Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of work experience
• Experience in survey design, preferably in Confirmit
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Experience in JavaScript is a plus
• Strong technical, analytical, and organization skills, with strong attention to detail, extensive ability to multitask, and high aptitude for problem-solving
• Clear and concise communication and planning skills
• Self-motivation and the drive to succeed
• High standard of professionalism and demonstrated experience in a team setting
