Survey Data Tester Job in Gurgaon at Toluna

Toluna is hiring for the role of Survey Data Tester.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• The delivery of his/her assigned projects following the internal processes, acquiring assistance when needed
• Meet timeline expectations while maintaining high-quality standards projects
• Be accountable and take full responsibility for testing assigned projects (both via RDG and manually)
• Meet personal MBO targets established with the TL
• Establish good working relationships with other departments
• Collaborate with SP and PM teams to ensure smooth running and timely delivery of all projects involved in
• Escalate any issue to the Team Leader as soon as identified
• Keep TL updated on the workload, project successes or concerns
• Keep TL up to date with efficiency and progress of personal assignments
• Learn and follow current data testing standards and policies
• Define the details related to the RDG testing: like plan, timeline, resources required, and potential roadblocks with mentor support
• Focus on keeping a high level of quality on own projects
• Be part of a quality team to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained
• Participate in training and any mentoring activities set by his/her TL
• Identifies the issues and highlights them, with improvement proposals where applicable
• Documents the link's defects and reports them to the developers
• Analyses the functional specs of the link for completeness
• Participates in troubleshooting of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of programming logic and programming concepts, algorithm understanding, and a logical approach to matter
• Very good understanding of SPSS (dataset, syntax, and output) and very good syntax development skills, using the appropriate commands - minimum 2 years of experience)
• Understanding the basics of debugging
