Revolut is hiring for the role of Support Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide technical support to Revolut customers via various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to Revolut products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for further resolution.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions clearly and concisely.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Stay up-to-date on Revolut products and services, as well as industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer support experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Support Specialist or in a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
