Amazon is hiring for the position of Support Engineer II
Requirements of the Candidate;
- 2+ years of software development, or 2+ years of technical support experience
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience with AWS, networks, and operating systems
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Triage & resolve the issues using dashboards and tools.
- Drive root cause analysis of repeated issues.
- Automate the solution for the repeated issues.
- Develop solutions to aid operations and maintenance.
- Update the knowledge book with new issues to be referenced in the future.
- Review processes and look for optimizations and improvements.
